What does 'Lage Raho Munnabhai' have to do with Gandhi, values, and being a faculty member? I have been a professional in the development sector for 14 years. The course helped me reflect on my organisation's work (alleviating problems faced by girls in our society) within the histories, theories and lived realities shaping development. The course was hectic, but fascinating! The faculty members are very modest, easily accessible, and well-equipped with the content.
